In order to confirm that the beneficiary of the service, that is, the patient, complies with the exception conditions, the service providers check the passport of the person being treated, on the condition that the last entry to Turkey does not exceed six months, and on the condition that the photocopy of the passport (blue card for those who lost their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission to leave) is obtained from the patient before the service is provided.
