Unfortunately, both the health and tourism policies implemented in recent years, the so-called health institutions with the comfort of a 5-star hotel, but unlicensed and without a diploma, opened by people who are not actually physicians, and the deception of people with fake followers, fake likes and fake comments in some places with the effect of social media, so-called phenomena. The efforts of some tourism companies to leave the tourism business and make the contracted clinics look like their own clinics rather than the contracted clinic status, and even to see it as such, by offering 2 thousand liras for a 5 thousand lira work to the clinic. use a thousand lira material instead of a 3 thousand lira material, give the doctor 500 instead of a thousand for this job, you can work with a 200 lira technician instead of a 500 lira technician”. For many reasons, such as the fact that it has changed its status from the “cheapest country” status to the “cheapest country”, etc., campaigns have been launched abroad to defame the physicians of our country. Afterwards, physicians and clinics from many different sectors in many provinces called and congratulated us, asked for help in regaining the status they should have for both their clinics and physicians in our country, and asked us to establish a network where they could direct foreign patients to each other without any commission or intermediary institution.

We thought, why not? After all, our clinics were mostly in Istanbul, and we couldn’t say to a foreign patient who wants to have a vacation in another city, “You don’t have to take a vacation in Istanbul”, even though our country has a wide variety of touristic regions. In addition, a foreign national who is treated in a clinic should be able to tell about his problem in any of the clinics in this list, provided that he pays the fee, if he comes on vacation to another city in our country at another time. Of course, no physician or clinic should discredit another clinic or physician to the patient for any reason whatsoever. Otherwise, of course, they will both humiliate themselves in the eyes of the patient and cause us to remove them from the system if we detect them.

We decided to establish the first organization with this page where we can add every clinic (not only oral and health dental clinics) that meet the conditions I shared above, why not start an association, a foundation, and maybe a formation that can establish our own cooperatives in the future. Of course, for this, there will be some conditions that we will present to the participants, apart from the conditions that they must provide in the link above.

One of them is that the health institutions and agencies that will be included in the system must have an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate as follows and they should not be working with people and institutions called HANUTÇU, etc., who work in the way we stated in the first paragraph of this article.

The clinics that will be included in the system should work with at least the following tariff in order not to compromise on material and service quality for local patients;

Since the clinics that want to be included in the system require special attention for the patients coming abroad, they should work with at least the following tariff, not exceeding 30%, not to work without invoice, and of course, if there are agencies who want to be included in the system, they also accept these conditions and do not come to the clinics included in the system with other offers (30%). For the health tourism patients who will come abroad to whom they refer to these clinics, they must definitely issue an invoice for the commission they will ask from that clinic, and never, never demand a commission for local patients.)

Apart from these, only one clinic from the following provinces will be included in the system. For example, we will only be included in our Sancaktepe branch in Istanbul, since we do not have any branches on the European side for now, another clinic on the European side will be included in the system for dental issues. The priority is naturally the dental clinics, and other clinics may be included in the system if there is no contracted dental clinic in that region. If there is a dental clinic in that region that has entered the system, only institutions that do not have a dental clinic can be included in the system.

In order to be included in the system, it will work with the logic of first come first serve, and we will only have the authority to remove the clinics that we have determined that do not comply with the conditions from the system, and any clinic and agency that enters the system will accept that they will not pressure us legally and legally. We will be completely the rule maker and administrator (within complying with the conditions set by the Ministry of Health). There will be no restrictions on the number of tourism agencies that will enter the system, provided that they meet the conditions.

We have started a formation, there will be similar formations. Even if you can’t join us, you can also establish an organization, or you can join another established organization that does not compromise on medicine, like us.
